Service fees are based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by RingHouse and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide our Services.

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. RingHouse is not liable for downtime, carrier filtering, or third-party outages.

Carrier Disclaimer

RingHouse relies on third-party telecommunications providers to deliver calls and messages. Carriers may block, filter, delay, or fail to deliver messages at their discretion. RingHouse is not responsible for carrier actions, message deliverability, or network performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RingHouse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
